Casting is the first and main process in the production of aluminum profiles

Melting casting is the first process in the production of aluminum profiles, and the main process is:

(1) Composition: Calculate the amount of various alloy components added based on the model to be produced, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Melting: The prepared raw materials are melted in the furnace according to the process requirements, and the gas in the slag and slag is effectively removed through degassing and slag refining methods.
(3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into various specifications of circular cast rods through a deep well casting system.
2. Extrusion: Extrusion is a method of forming aluminum profiles, which requires designing and manufacturing molds based on the product parts of the profile, and using an extruder to extrude heated round cast rods from the mold (during this process, the mold, extruder, and round cast rods all need to be heated).
3. Surface treatment (mainly discussing the oxidation process here)
Oxidation: Extruded aluminum alloy profiles are commonly referred to as basic materials, and their surface corrosion resistance is not strong. They must be anodized to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance of aluminum.
The main process is:
(1) Surface pretreatment: Clean the surface of profiles using chemical or physical methods to expose a pure substrate, in order to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or matte (matte) surfaces can also be obtained through mechanical means.
(2) Anodizing: Under certain process conditions, the surface pretreatment of the profile will undergo anodizing on the substrate surface to form a dense, porous, and strongly adsorbed alumina film.
(3) Hole sealing: Sealing the pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodizing to enhance the anti pollution, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. Before sealing, by utilizing the strong adsorption force of the oxide film, some metal salts can be adsorbed and deposited in the membrane pores. This can make the appearance of the contour display many other colors besides natural color (silver white), such as black, bronze, gold, and stainless steel
