According to production capacity and scale, industrial aluminum profile annealing furnaces are divided into annealing production lines composed of single annealing and annealing furnace groups. Annealing production lines usually consist of several annealing furnaces, composite material loading and unloading trucks, external material platforms and cooling chambers, as well as furnaces with bypass coolers.
The furnace body adopts a large air flow fan to circulate heating of industrial aluminum profiles. The guiding device inside the furnace can effectively ensure uniform airflow through the industrial aluminum profiles. In order to ensure uniform heating, the heater adopts a top mounted overall structure, which is easy to disassemble and maintain. The opening and closing of the furnace door adopts pneumatic compression or mechanical transmission lifting type, with smooth operation and good sealing. The oil fume emission system inside the furnace can effectively remove the oil film on the surface of industrial aluminum profiles and regulate the pressure inside the furnace. The loading capacity of the furnace is usually 10-50t.
