The manufacturing process of curtain wall aluminum profiles:
a. Preparation in advance for production and processing
(1) Select the production and processing workshop, warehouse site, and layout production equipment and machines according to the production and processing steps.
(2) Carefully review the construction drawings and conduct retesting of the building, adjusting the aluminum profile cutting specifications according to on-site specifications.
(3) Calibrate production equipment and machines to ensure specified machining accuracy, and regularly maintain them.
(4) It is necessary to check the production and processing related certificates of the aluminum profiles being produced, such as production qualification certificates. Review its model specifications, total number, and physical performance report.
(5) It is necessary to check if there are any signs of damage to the air oxide film on the surface of the aluminum profile. If there is no damage, then screen out deep marks and large-scale scratches on the raw materials. Aluminum profiles with distortion or bending deformation must be calibrated before cutting.

(5) The countersunk holes used for countersunk bolts should comply with the requirements of GB1522.
(6) The countersunk holes for the cylindrical head and anchor bolts comply with the requirements of GB1523.
c. Other regulations for production, processing, and manufacturing
The installation of aluminum profiles should be sturdy, and reliable sealing measures should be taken to solve the gaps between each connection. The self tapping screws of the joint should not be suitable for protruding the frame groove at the tip to prevent partial compression of the laminated glass and cracking of the laminated glass.
